Smita Dave is a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager at Ixia. She drives marketing activities and messaging for Ixia’s Network Visibility and Test solutions. She has more than 20 years of marketing experience creating programs for various industry leaders spanning Integrated Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing and Field Marketing. Before joining Ixia, Dave spent over 10 years at Cisco in marketing leadership roles, and also spearheaded marketing programs at Symantec and Hughes Software Systems. She is a published author of book reviews, stories and blogs in several news magazines and online communities. Dave holds an MBA from Symbiosis institute of Management, Pune, India, Diplomate in Mass Communications and a Masters in Child Development from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University, Hyderabad, India.
